spiritualinspiration:

“Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession” (Psalm 2:8, NIV)

Did you know it pleases God when we pray bold prayers and ask Him for big things? The God we serve doesn’t want us to just barely get by in life. He wants us to thrive and experience the fullness of His blessing. He wants us to not only have our needs met, but be in a position to reach out and help meet the needs of others, too!

When we ask God for something, a supernatural door is opened. We are showing our faith in Him, and faith gives God something to work with. In fact, scripture says that without faith, it is impossible to please God. He wants us to come to Him and know His goodness. He wants us to believe that He is good and that He has good things in store for
us.

Today, I encourage you to get bold with your prayers. Ask God for big things. Believe that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf. Put your faith to work because God is faithful. He has big things in store for you and promises to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that you can ever imagine!

not-so-summer asked: Dear who ever runs this amazing blog, I'm slowly losing my faith. I want to believe, but its hard. I'm a sixteen year old girl whos friends hates God and don't believe. I am so scared to go to hell. I know God mist be very disappointed. Help?

The question here really is, do you feel disappointed in yourself? If you do, which I think is also the case here, then you need to realize that you can adjust and become the person you want to be! You are you. No one can stop you from being that person. If that person includes being a Christian and seeking heaven, then be that person. YOU CAN DO IT! We can go through all of this with Christ. :D

God has a lot of plans for you (See Jeremiah 29:11) and He wants to give it to you, He really really does. You just have to be willing to accept it. (See Isaiah 11:30). He doesn’t want you to worry at all. Tell your friends your concerns. If they are your friends, they should be willing to listen. Regardless, you still need to seek your own personal faith and walk with God.

Thank you for the kind words towards this blog. I have to say, I haven’t been on here as much but because of people like you, I will work much harder. Surround yourself with positive Christian energy and watch yourself transform. Try the 30 day Christian music challenge - where for 30 days, all you listen to is Christian radio or mp3s, etc. Trust me, it will change you. (: If you need more help and want to talk more privately, just let me know but I wanted to publish this so others can encourage you and also if they need advice they might want to see this.
